God With Us In The Waiting by Pastor Brent Lokker

What a special time we all shared together this past Saturday night at Blazing Fire! At the end of my message when you all came forward to give your collective “Yes!” to the Lord, I felt we were all in a warm cocoon of His love and grace.

Papa loved your courageous hearts that are “all in” even though you are still waiting on many of His promises to be fulfilled.

In the midst of the promises of God we’re waiting upon together and the ones you are waiting on individually, remember how faithful He is to hear each prayer we utter and to answer every one of our cries. But His faithful answers are often contained in storehouses that are then released at exactly the right moment that will produce the greatest possible blessing. And when you experience frustration during the times of waiting, remember Papa is never silent and is always breathing His life and hope into us.

Remember Jesus’ words:
“A woman in childbirth suffers because her time has come but when he has given birth to the child she forgets the suffering in her joy that a human being has been born into the world.” John 16:21

There is coming a time very shortly when God will pour out such a generous measure of His Spirit and His glory that we will forget the time of waiting when we’ve been crying out to experience a greater measure of His presence.

We’re about to enter into a most amazing Kingdom time together—I feel it with every fiber of my being! And we’re doing so as a family whose hearts are more deeply connected than ever—drawn close through the Spirit’s sweet, sweet presence among us.

It’s about to get really, really good. Just you wait and see!

“We are not those who shrink back and are destroyed, but are of those who have faith and preserve their souls.”
Hebrews 10:39

Take courage my heart, stay steadfast my soul
He’s in the waiting! He’s in the waiting!
Hold on to your hope as your triumph unfolds
He’s in the waiting! He’s in the waiting!

Transformation From The Inside Out by BF guest contributors

As we follow Jesus, we all want to see transformation in our personal lives, in our friendships, with other believers, and in our society as a whole.  What does this look like?  Holy Spirit took us on an exciting journey last Saturday of what transformation looks like from intimacy with our Father, to unity within His Body,  and in outreach to the world around us.

It all begins with our individual pursuit of our Father through Intimacy - living a life of no separation.  It isn’t action driven, but motivated by His love.  We see the example of Jesus who was always retreating to a mountain top to be with His Father.  In John 15:9-10 Jesus says to his followers “I have loved you the way my Father has loved me.   Make yourselves at home in my love.”  In other words, Jesus says, “don’t timidly approach my love and drink of it sparingly, but get comfy and roll in it!.” – Favor Mitchell.   Duty and obligation are not enough to sustain anything, but love is like rocket fuel that presses us passed our fears and into intimacy with Him.

As we spend time with our Heavenly Father we will begin to go out of our way to do things for one another, knowing it benefits His entire body. “When a part of the body of Christ rejects and fails to honor another part of the body, it is like an autoimmune disease within the body.” – Damali Vaughn.   Every part of the Church is unique, and through intimacy, God will give us a greater understanding to discover what our focus should be, based on the gifts He gives us, rather than having a critical spirit.  We will become healthy to bless other parts of His Body (including different members, cultures, denominations, etc).  Many conflicts will be resolved when God gives us His eyes to see how He has uniquely created and gifted others.  As we become healthy, growing members of the Body of Christ, we will be able to see things from others perspectives because we will see their unique purpose.

While being united with the Lord Himself and with others in His Body, we are compelled to share Him with others, and not keep what we have received to ourselves.  2 Cor. 4:7 “But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.   Jesus also said, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be my witnesses.” There will definitely be bumps along the way.  The enemy sometimes can make us feel tied up when it comes to sharing the love of the Father with those in our daily environments outside of church.   Our society can seem intimidating; we can sometimes become too busy and our own problems can take away our joy and passion for sharing Jesus to those around us.  Yet in Colossians 4:5-6 Paul wrote to the Body of Christ in Colosse while he was in prison, “ devote yourself to prayer, being watchful and thankful  and pray for us too, that God may open a door for our message…Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders, make the most of every opportunity.  Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt so that you may know how to answer to everyone.”  Paul wasn’t worried about his prison, but asked for opportunities to witness of God’s greatness to those around him.  This is the result of his intimacy with the Father and his unity with the Body of Christ as he wrote to them while in prison.

Let’s ask God to draw us more intimately toward his love and with each other in unity.  When we ask Him, He also will give wisdom and grace for opportunities to share with those around us, no matter our surroundings.  From intimacy, to unity, to outreach, He is transforming us from the inside out.

Wisdom & Clarity of Purpose by Pastor Brent Lokker and Bobby Conner

Suzanne and I have been praying more than ever these past several weeks for God’s wisdom and clarity of purpose. We pray the same for you as well.  We have the sense that we’re living in such an important moment in history and therefore our Father will be making clear what each one of us needs to know about His heart and His purpose for our lives.

God threw another log on the fire of this prayer yesterday when I read this word from Bobby Conner on the Elijah List which I want to share with you:

“You were chosen by Almighty God in eternity past, to live in the present and to forge the future (see Ephesians 2:10). You have divine destiny. No one on earth can accomplish what you have been commissioned to do!”

Sound asleep, I was awakened by an exceptionally pleasant voice speaking in my room. The message was articulated with extreme clarity. Upon hearing the words, immense comfort and courage immediately flooded my heart. This word was audible; it was not something I heard in my head or heart—I heard it with my ears. However, let me be straightforward: I did not see who spoke to me, because when I looked in the direction of the voice, I was suddenly blinded by a bright flash of LIGHT. It was almost as if a strong flash from a camera blinded my eyes. Yet, He continued to speak, saying, "Tell My people they have purpose—they have been chosen by ME for ME." Upon hearing this declaration, I was immediately overwhelmed with joy and excitement.

Never allow the devil to discourage you again; you have divine purpose! You are divinely prepared to accomplish the task God has assigned you. You can do something no other human being can do.

Meditate and ponder this message; believe that you have been chosen by Christ, for Christ, and your life will take on even greater zeal and purpose. Jesus said:
"You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you." (John 15:16)

Your confidence and courage will soar, as you understand in greater capacity the depth of these words, "YOU ARE CHOSEN BY CHRIST!" Let these words wash over your soul—they are like refreshing water to the thirsty. You have been chosen by Christ, for Christ; the choice was made before the foundation of the world (see Ephesians 1:4). Knowing this promise, will release you from rejection and depression.

The goal is to finish the course and to be able to say with all confidence, "I've kept the faith and stayed on course accomplishing the task set before me" (2 Timothy 4:7). God gives us His power for purpose; the gifts are tools not toys and anointing is for action (see Acts 1:8). God releases His anointing on His children for one main purpose: to impact the nations by bringing the hurting and lost to Himself.

The Lord has been fanning the flame of discontentment within the hearts of His people. He is creating an insatiable hunger to see the power of God revealed so that we would not settle for less than what He desires to give us (see Psalm 90:16-17). The discontentment is driving us to seek the Lord and to search for His answers to life's problems (see Psalm 42:1-2).

This is a season of sensitivity. You will find the Lord in a much deeper, intimate way as you seek HIM (see Jeremiah 29:12-13). The Spirit of Truth is Preparing You for Spiritual Promotion! You have a divine destiny. You are to be a powerful conduit for change. You are anointed to be a history maker and one that will be a changer of our culture.

A Thankful Heart by Pastor Todd Lout

1 Thessalonians 5:18 tells us,
"In EVERYTHING give thanks.
This is God's will, in Christ Jesus, concerning you."

There's this memory I have, from childhood, that stays with me always.  I was on the "blacktop" at school, waiting to see if I was picked for a team.  For me this was not a fun anticipation as I was that awkward kid who was quiet, sensitive and always picked last.  In fact, I didn't want to be picked at all because I really didn't like the sport, but I certainly didn't want to be picked last, again, in front of everyone.  Well, I was picked last and the kid in charge of selecting wasn't all that happy to get stuck with me.  He threw the ball directly at my face.  It was a horrible and glorious moment.  The horrible part is easy to understand, but glorious??  Here's why it was glorious; This passage from Thessalonians rose up in my mind and my heart in that moment.  Instantly it brought some level of peace, not because of what it said, but because the Word came up in me.  What it said was actually a further cause for frustration for a few minutes.  "How can I give thanks in the middle of rejection and humiliation?"  However, the very fact that I believed God, my constant One, was the one who brought that passage to mind actually was a segue (or segway....but the spelling of that word is an entirely differnt topic!) to the realm of thanksgiving, itself.  "Thank You that You are with me.  Thank You that You see me." This, in itself, brought strength to me.

We've got so many different sets and levels of things we're dealing with, as opposed to someone else.  The various things we're all facing hit us in a different way than our neighbor so comparison is nothing but a horrible trap.  But we do know that commonly we have a daily opportunity to give thanks in all circumstance.  We, all of us, absolutely need to.  It's how God put things in motion.  A thankful heart is the avenue for breakthrough, strength, peace and all kinds of good things that come from a perfect Father.

Today I'm not that shy kid who gets picked last anymore.  I'm thankful, though, for the fact that having such experiences growing up drew me into the secret place with God.  Today I'm journeying along with a whole other set of circumstances that can be considered the "in EVERYTHING" of that mysterious and powerful Thessalonians passage.  Do I have moments where it feels impossible to give thanks?  You bet I do!   But knowing that a thankful heart is a tried and true deal gets me back to a good spot a lot quicker than it used to take me without such.

This whole thing can be intricately woven into little every day things.  For instance, I can be kinda moody sometimes.  Yes, yes I really can be.  When I feel that starting to seem out of control I thank God that He is the same yesterday, today and forever and that He's my dad.  In my weakness He is strong.  It doesn't always instantly make me feel like dancing a jig, but it really does start blowing away some clouds from my mind. What I'm saying is that even when it feels like it's all cah cah, there's still SOMETHING to grab ahold of to have thanks for and let that create a spark on the inside.  Honestly, the more we let our heart be a thankful one, the more constant we will feel it and know it deep in our knower.

Happy Thanksgiving ya'll!  You're wonderful cause God thinks so!!  Aren'y you thankful for that?

Love, Todd

Being Sons and Daughters in Your Own Skin by Joel Pollard - BF Overseer and BF Missions Director

Being sons and daughters of God in your own skin is where, "you get to be you". Romans 8:19 declares, "For the earth is groaning for the manifestations of the sons and daughters of God." What does that look like? We are the manifest sons and daughters of God, called to advance His Kingdom in this world. Since God is not limited, this will look different in each of our lives, from empowering leaders across the nations, to being an encouragement and testimony to our own family and friends.

Think about how a father embraces his own child in the natural. How much more will we be encountered and transformed when we continue to allow Papa God to embrace us in the deep areas where we’ve always wanted His embrace. Being sons and daughters of God in your own skin means "to be", not "to do". How many times have we found ourselves "doing, doing, doing" and saying, "If I could only do more for God" or "If I could only sound a certain way, look a certain way?" Many of us have been in a posture and position of standing by the King’s table, ready to serve, whereas, Papa God has invited us to sit and partake at the table of His banqueting feast (Song of Solomon 2:4) as His sons and daughters. Notice the contrast between the posture of sitting and standing. When we sit and partake of all that He has given us, we are in a position of rest—no more striving, but knowing who we are and Who’s we are. Even as we're shown the model of servanthood and servant leadership in the Bible, we must come to realize, know and wholeheartedly believe that we are His sons and daughters, first and foremost. We are His inheritance (Ephesians 1:18)!!

The beautiful and amazing thing about sonship is that Papa God loves us right where we're at. We must continue to allow and give full access to the Holy Spirit to go to the depths in our hearts, reminding us of who we were created, destined and purposed to be--His sons and daughters, according to God's original design.

Prophetically, I wholeheartedly believe that we are coming into a season where we are going to exponentially see God's restoration at work. There will be things we have contended and remained steadfast for that will be fully restored and even with some things that we may have forgotten, we will see the full restoration of God in operation, divine moments where Papa will whisper in our hearts, "I never forgot--it's that important to My heart and yours".

I want to prophetically release over you that you are the head and not the tail; you are above and not beneath; you are a dream achiever, not a dream failure. Your aspirations and passions will come to pass and manifest throughout your life--you will see them to come to fruition. You will see the goodness of God in the land of the living (Psalm 27:13).

"The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy", according to Revelation 19:10.

That’s why we prophesy—that’s why we declare, decree, love wholeheartedly—that’s why we pull the treasures forward in people—that’s why we honor, show grace and love on people right where they’re at. We are the redeemed of the Lord!!! We are His full inheritance (Ephesians 1:18). That's why you get to be you in your own skin.

Our Nation's Flight by Pastor Karena Lout

Last Sat. night, we had the honor of hosting Nic Bilman from Shores of Grace. He and his wife Rachael are committed to seeing women and children trapped in trafficking set free in Recife, Brazil. He had some incredible, life changing truths to share with us. Here are a few of them:

“Destiny comes on the heels of compassion.”

“The sons and daughters of God reveal the glory of God.”

“Stop empowering a defeated enemy with your fears.”

“What gets people to church is an encounter with the Father and they ask where this guy lives. Then we get to show them.”

“Of the hundreds of names God has, He said because you received my Spirit, you can call me Father.”

 Our Nation Will Find Home

On the morning of election day, an interesting thing happened. A bird flew into our house and got stuck in our window blinds. Todd and I tried to help the bird out, but it only got more trapped and anxious. After several attempts, the bird eventually was able to find its way out and flew away.

I’m not one to spiritualize everything that happens in life but God often speaks to me through birds (one of my love languages). He began to show me that many people in our nation are feeling just like that bird, confused, disoriented and lost. But our nation too, will eventually take flight, fly again and find our way home. The land of the free and home of the brave.
“Even the sparrow has found a home and the swallow a nest for herself where she may have her young, a place near your altar.” Psalm 84:3

These past several months have been difficult for many. Some felt very strongly about their candidate of choice and many felt conflicted about the options presented. When tensions are high, we sometimes injure one another with our words in an attempt to prove our point and beliefs we hold dear. In the midst of it all, there are several things we can be certain of:

1). God remains the King of our hearts and He is unmovable and unshakable (1 Tim. 1:17)

2). God is near to all who are hurting (Psalm 46:1)

3). ...that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.(John 17:21)

4). God, the source of all hope, will fill us with hope and peace that passes understanding (Romans 15:13)

Though we may not be able to control what happens around us, we can definitely protect what happens inside of us. I pray that God will show you how to guard the peace He put inside of you. I pray that the kindness and love you carry will continue to impact the world around you. Be encouraged that the light is only increasing.

Love, Karena
From Pastor Brent:

"Here’s a highly uplifting and healing prophetic post-election word
for America from Doug Addison":

I want to help bring a balance to the feelings and questions many people have had about the Presidential elections that took place in the U.S. this week. God is not surprised or displeased with the outcome of the elections.
God is still the God of all, still in charge and He has a plan that is going to unfold that will open some of the greatest revivals we have ever seen.
As I share this it is important to understand that God still gives you freedom to vote for whomever you wish. If you voted differently or felt you heard the Lord say that someone else would be President, it does not mean you are wrong.

Trump or Clinton?

Over the past year, I have been part of and overheard many counsel meetings in Heaven about the next President. For the first time in my prophetic experiences, I heard the name of the next President change on several occasions, as it was contingent on their character.
Last year I heard that Donald Trump was being called to be President, but pride was blinding his heart. In August, some other prophets and I heard that the presidency had fallen on Clinton because of Trump’s pride.
It is important to understand that God always has a plan to use anyone who takes this office. He showed me the plan for using the Clintons had Hillary been elected. Unknown to many people, during the two terms of President Bill Clinton, he sought prophetic counsel from prophets like Paul Cain. President Clinton also met every month for spiritual advice and prayer with Pastor Bill Hybels. Had Hillary Clinton been elected, God had a plan to use them to hear His voice.
During the past year, God gave me the assignment of praying for and prophesying over the Clintons and I received prophetic words and dreams for them. I am sharing this with you so you might understand why some people hear God differently than others, because we might have different assignments from the Lord.

Election Day

On November 8, the morning of the elections, I was visited by a strong presence of the Lord at 5:00 AM and I received these prophetic words. I heard …

Prophetic word for U.S.

”O America, I still love you and see your zeal for Me. Satan has asked to sift you like wheat and the enemy has been waging war against you. But a remnant is going to arise to possess the land. Your sons and daughters are going to awaken from a sleep and rise up like a mighty army. They will be like David’s mighty men (and women). Yes, women! I am moving on women in this hour. I Am going to do this and it will bring about great changes that are needed for this time.
There is a shifting of power and the worldly political religious spirit is falling. From this will rise a fresh new move of My Holy Spirit that can not be contained. What I am going to do will confound the wise and not be understood through the current beliefs and thinking that many of My people have been holding to. I am going to bring the new wine of My power and presence and a new wineskin that will not look like or fit into the old.”

“However, as it is written: ‘What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived’— the things God has prepared for those who love him—these are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. What we have received is not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us.” 1 Corinthians 2:9–12 NIV

How to respond

The apostle Paul urged us to pray for leaders. He did this during a time when the world leaders were not godly. God wants us to pray for leaders no matter what their political party or beliefs happen to be. We need to pray that God’s will be done and not our own desires.
“I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.” 1 Timothy 2:1–4 NIV
God wants all people to be saved. This includes those who have different beliefs and political views. Be at peace and expect God our Father to bring about good things for us. This is part of getting us ready for a new worldwide revival.
My desire is to bring peace to you during a time of turmoil and uncertainty. It is important for us to respond with maturity and trust the Lord in the midst of these trying times.
The best is yet to come! Check out my prophetic word for November to get excited about the new assignments coming.
Blessings,
doug-sig

Is A Breakthrough What You Really Need? by BF guest contributor Damali Vaughn

Is A Breakthrough What You Really Need?

By Damali Vaughn

That’s an odd question to ask, isn’t it?  After all we’ve been going through, many of us for years, we desperately need some kind of break or change in our circumstances to be able to move forward.  Many of us have even said that “if only this wasn’t in my life” OR “I could be doing so much more for the Kingdom if only I didn’t have this or that circumstance seemingly blocking me.”

I’ve said that countless times in my life.  While God may appreciate our noble desire to live for Him, He may actually have a different priority for us other than our breakthrough.  Matt Guillot (one of three speakers who spoke during last Saturday’s worship service) made this point and challenged us to ask ourselves, “Which do we want more?”  “God? Or the breakthrough in our circumstances?”

Well of course we want God!  But yet our “If only” statements or thoughts are often telling of where our focus really is.

“The focus of breakthrough is God, not a change of circumstances.”  - Matthew Guillot

In Psalm 34, David chose to shift his focus on the Lord in spite of what he was going through, which was numerous years of torment and humiliation as his enemies pursued him.

1 “I will extol the Lord at all times;
His praise will always be on my lips.
2 I will glory in the Lord;
let the afflicted hear and rejoice.
3 Glorify the Lord with me;
let us exalt His name together.
4 I sought the Lord, and He answered me;
He delivered me from all my fears.”

David most definitely desperately needed a breakthrough, wouldn’t you agree?  He knew that the key to his breakthrough was trusting in God, rather than trusting in a delivered outcome.   He didn’t say, “If only I were king now, then I could focus on worshiping God.”  He chose to worship God before any sign of breakthrough would occur.

“We have the greatest opportunity to worship Jesus now before we get to heaven.  In heaven it won’t be a sacrifice.” – Daniel Roberts

Matthew shared a few more gold nuggets to remember in regards to breakthrough:
  1. Honor God’s presence by dropping everything when He shows up.  Acknowledge Him. Listen. Thank Him for coming.  Engage with Him.  The priority is Him, not what needs to happen.  Desire only His closeness.  Desire His Presence above all else.
  2. When we make God our priority, He makes things that are important to us His priority.
When you make God your shelter and safety, God does the things you long for on your behalf. (see Psalm 84)
  3. Take time to know God.  God wants to bring your breakthrough more than you want it, but not at the expense of you not knowing Him.  Seek God’s heart over seeking His hand.  Desire to know Who God is more than what God can do for you.
  4. Relationship with you is God’s priority.God desires an intimate relationship with you that is real and authentic.  God does not desire a relationship with your facade.
  5. You are God’s priority.  What is best for your life is Him working on your behalf and surrendering your strength and will to His.  He delights in giving good gifts and fulfilling the desires of your heart.  Desire Him above all else.  Let Him come in power and lavish His Love on you.  Don’t desire an outcome or a worldly version of comfort.  Desire Him.
Desire His Presence more than your next breath.
Heavenly Father, Thank You for being with us at this very moment.  Thank You also for being such a patient loving teacher.  For those of us that don’t know where to begin, we ask You God to give us hunger!  Transform our spiritual taste buds so that our appetite for You is greater than anything else.  Give us revelation of Your hunger for us and how You’ve prioritized us.  Holy Spirit, we give you permission to walk us through how to live in a place of perpetual breakthrough because we’ve made Your presence our preference.  In Jesus’ name, Amen!

Lizzy Strong also spoke last Saturday night and shared her testimony on how she experienced breakthrough from fear and anxiety.  To hear more of her story as well as more of what Matthew Guillot and Daniel Roberts shared, you may listen to the Blazing Fire Church podcast here.

Be the Real You! by Pastor Suzanne Lokker

Be the REAL you!

How has the journey into your heart been this week?  I know, loaded question.  If it’s been temper tantrum-ish, remember God is holding you through it all—He can take it.  And He’s just waiting until you get so tired of you being not your real self.  When you’re ready, He’s there to gently remind you of the amazing you that He created—your faith-filled heart that reflects His love in a way that only YOU can.

I think the following, that Shannon Heyman posted on facebook, encapsulates this struggle:
I saw a bound bird holding on to stuff, but once the bird let go, she could finally fly and soar. It is then that God's power indeed moves through us. I used to say I felt like my wings were clipped, but revelation tells me, "No, let go and you will be able to fly." It was I that clipped my own wings and it is God when I chose yes to heal them.

Be encouraged that Jesus is so in on helping you be who you really are!

“We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith!  (Heb 12:2, NLT)

“And patient endurance will refine our character, and proven character leads us back to hope.  And this hope is not a disappointing fantasy, because we can now experience the endless love of God cascading into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who lives in us!” (Romans 3:5)

I’ve felt more life surging through me as I choose to want to be the real me.  It is truly exhilarating. YAY, God!

Suzanne

Healing Happens by Pastor Brent Lokker

Healing Happens

By Pastor Brent Lokker

God has given us astounding bodies that heal!

Last Saturday, Dr. Susan Richards once again ushered us into this reality. (You can listen to her testimonies and healing prayer beginning at the 66 minute mark here: http://blazingfire.podbean.com/e/healing-miracles-for-you-dr-susan-richards/). I believe that every single person there was touched by God and healing of many kinds progressed in each body, and in some cases, the progression was dramatic enough to notice a sudden change. One of the reasons Dr. Susan Richards sees so much healing is because she has an unyielding, child-like faith that says, Of course this person is going to heal!

However, the times we don't experience the "instant change" we can lose heart, thinking nothing is happening. But healing is a huge part of God's Kingdom plan and declaring healing over ourselves or others activates and accelerates that plan.  But an even greater struggle can come when those with life-threatening illnesses who we pray fervently for don't appear to be healed and their life in this earthly body ends, as in the cases of Alice Hortensius (Rolland's wife) and Carol Dew who were both battling the awful effects of cancer and both went home to be with Jesus during these past few days.

But what seems like a contradiction is really more of a matter of perspective.

To the baby inside the confines of mommy's dark yet secure womb, the birth transition into the brighter, busier "real world" is unwanted. Given the choice, most babies would stay put rather than face the unknown adventure of a life they're unfamiliar with.  In the same way, though we know heaven is Papa's ultimate destination for each of us as His children, the birth transition into that glorious Kingdom is unknown, so we cling to what we know here, including the ones we love.  Yet we will all go through that transition.

What I'm saying is this: God is our healer and He's given us bodies that heal, so healing is the norm.  AND there will come a time when each one of us experiences a complete healing and a glorious transition from what we thought was the "real world" into a place of perfect fulfillment that will truly feel like home in every way imaginable.  Only when we are there will we wonder why we were clinging so hard to this life.

But until Papa decides to bring someone home, healing is the norm and healing happens.  May God give each of us an unyielding, child-like faith that believes this to the core.

Here are a few testimonies from this past Saturday to build your faith:

M.C. had pain in her knees for 15-20 years because of bone on bone that caused swelling and stiffness. She felt lots of heat when the healing team prayed for more cartilage and the pain left completely!  She's now more limber and can move quicker!

S.M. experienced a healing of deep peace inside.  For decades, she had anxiety over her sons and granddaughter which affected her sleep. Something shifted inside and there was an assurance the Lord was in control and she was able to trust in a deeper way!

E.J. has a slipped, bulged disk with painful flare-ups for the past 30 years (pain was at a level of 8/10) and had knee pain for the past 12 years (pain was 6/10).  All pain left her back and knee (0/10)!

W.H. had broken her arm 5 years ago and was in constant pain (8/10) with heaviness and weakness in her arm ever since.  As she was prayed for by one of the healing prayer teams, she felt heat, lightness and all strength returning. She was able to use her arm to pull herself up! All pain was gone!

C.M. experienced seizures for the past 4 years that caused loss of his memory, consciousness, and thought process. The anxiety of these returning was high. Through prayer agreement, something shifted. His faith soared and he knows they're gone!  All worry and anxiety left!

Can we take time to thank Jesus for these stories of healing and agree in our hearts that healing happens because it's part of God's wonderful plan?!

There's Something Bigger Going On! by Pastor Brent Lokker

There's Something Bigger Going On!

By Pastor Brent Lokker
Sunday was Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. It ushers in the 10 "Days of Awe," a time to intentionally reflect what God is doing on the earth and ask how we need to align ourselves with His purposes.

I shared this word last Saturday night at Blazing Fire, taken from Tony Cavener:

The year we've just entered, 5777, will be a breakout and breakthrough year! Five is the number of grace and the number of government, and the five-fold expression of God. Seven is the number of rest; it can symbolize a sword, and it represents the perfection of the finished work. This year we will begin to exercise His authority and government in a way like we've never experienced before, as we enter into a rest in Him like we have never known.

We, the new covenant people of God, are poised for a moment in the Kingdom of God like the days when Joshua and Caleb went into the Promised Land and took the land that was their inheritance. We are moving into a 7-year period of great favor, provision, and victory in the Body of Christ! Don't look at the giants in the land, or the fortifications of the enemy, for the Lord is with us! This is a time of completing purposes and bringing them to fullness. Let the Sword of the Lord be placed in your hand so that you can cut your way into the future!

This is a year that we will see the "triune" sword of the Lord released against His enemies and continue through this new season!

And this word about the year 5777 from Johnny Enlow:
The REST that God has for us is the inheritance of the nations (Ps. 2:8). The REST He has for us is seeing the reformation of society. This is our Promised Land and it is "His REST" He has provided for us. It simply means He has already done all the preliminary work of securing total victory of the mission and all that remains for us is the courage to show up where He told us to show up.
In REST the children of Israel took Jericho. They did not have to develop explosive weapons to blow up the thick walls of Jericho. They did not need to hope for helicopters. The victory was already assured; they only needed to show up with the intent of obeying the commandment to inherit the nations. Yes REST is also learning to do ministry in balance, not burning out body, soul and spirit; but beyond that the REST of 5777 is that we are assured victory, after victory after victory – if we will finally connect to the correct narrative that He has for us.

We are now accelerating towards where we will be known for our love, for our healing power, for our societal solutions, for our kindness, for our innovation, for our wealth, for our patience – almost entirely of things we are not presently known for. The good news is we are all going to shift or be shifted. This Hebraic year becomes a reset year even for the Church. She will begin to be more Kingdom than ever, as the Holy Spirit pours out Himself in all of the right places and on all of the right people, in all of the right measures.

This Is An Exceptional Time to Be Alive!

There's never been a time in history as alive with the purposes and intentions of Papa God as the times we are living in.  It's time for our spirits to be awakened by His Spirit so we can wholeheartedly say "Yes" to being part of all He is doing on the earth!  To hear my message from last Saturday, There's Something Bigger Going On, click here: http://blazingfire.podbean.com/e/theres-something-bigger-going-on-brent-lokker/
